Last updated 27 September 2026.
1. Summary
omo is built to need very little from you. You do not create an account with us. We do not ask for your name or email address. We do not run advertising and we do not sell data.
This policy explains what information is involved when you use omo.finance (the "Site"), and who handles it.
2. Information we handle
- Wallet address. When you connect a wallet, the Site reads your public address to show balances and to build transactions. A wallet address is public information on Solana.
- On-chain activity. Transactions you sign are recorded permanently on the Solana blockchain. They are public and can be seen by anyone. We cannot change or delete them.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request.
- Card information. If you connect a Whop account, we receive your Whop user identifier, username and display name so that the Site can show that your account is linked.
- Messages. If you contact us, we receive whatever you send us.
3. Information we do not collect
- Private keys, seed phrases or passwords. The Site never sees them.
- Identity documents. Any identity check for the card is carried out by Whop, not by us.
- Card numbers for real cards. They are held by the card provider.
- Advertising or cross-site tracking data.
4. Storage in your browser
The Site stores a small amount of information in your browser so that it works well. This stays on your device.
- Which wallet you last connected, so you can be reconnected.
- A short-lived copy of market data, so pages load quickly.
- Card preview settings, such as the colour you chose.
- Session data created by the wallet connector.
You can clear this at any time in your browser settings. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. How we use information
- To show you your balances, positions and loans.
- To build the transactions you ask for.
- To keep the Site secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To comply with the law.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure service, on performing the service you asked for, and on legal obligations.
6. Services that receive information
The Site uses the following services. Each receives the technical data needed to respond to your browser, such as your IP address, and handles it under its own privacy policy.
- Railway hosts the Site.
- Dynamic provides the wallet connection.
- Solana RPC providers receive the requests that read balances and send transactions, including your wallet address.
- GeckoTerminal provides market data and charts.
- Whop provides the card and handles sign in, identity checks and payments for it.
- Google Fonts and unpkg deliver fonts and code libraries.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
7. How long we keep information
Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider. Information in your browser stays until you clear it. Information on the blockchain is permanent and outside our control.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it.
To make a request, contact us on X at @omo_fi. We hold very little information, and we cannot change or remove anything recorded on a blockchain.
9. International transfers
The services listed above operate in several countries. Your information may be processed outside the country where you live.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the Site. No website is perfectly secure. Keep your wallet and seed phrase safe, and check the address bar reads omo.finance before you connect.
11. Children
The Site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top.
